. In an era defined by growing environmental concerns, the agricultural sector is facing increasing pressure to adopt sustainable and ecologically responsible practices. Among the myriad facets of agriculture, livestock farming has emerged as a critical focal point for sustainability efforts. The concept of ecological livestock, also known as eco-friendly or sustainable livestock farming, has gained prominence as a promising solution to mitigate the environmental challenges posed by traditional animal agriculture. The conventional livestock industry has, in many cases, been associated with detrimental environmental impacts, including deforestation, greenhouse gas emissions, water pollution, and habitat destruction. In contrast, ecological livestock farming represents a paradigm shift, offering a multifaceted approach that aligns the interests of both agriculture and environmental conservation. This approach aims to harmonize the needs of food production with the preservation and restoration of ecosystems. At the heart of ecological livestock farming lies a commitment to responsible stewardship of the land, the animals, and the environment. It emphasizes a holistic perspective that recognizes the interconnectedness of agriculture with broader ecological systems.
